Also known as Easy Serving Espresso pods, are pre-packed, small, flat compostable discs containing a measured amount of ground coffee. They’re designed to work with ESE-compatible espresso machines. That’s most leading makes. All you need is a filter basket the right size. We sell these.
They are a convenient way to make espresso without grinding the beans yourself. They are also more environmentally friendly than capsules, as you can compost them.
Packed in aluminium foil, flushed with Nitrogen they stay fresh for more than a year.
Blended and packed by our roaster in Naples, our core range consists of three varieties, 100% Arabica , Decaffeinated and Arabica /Robusta Blend. We have recently added Organic and Strong Blends to this so there is a very large range to try. The ESE system has been gaining ground in a big way in recent years in view of the true espresso taste and the cost savings compared with capsules. Sold in Boxes of 150.
Many years ago we selected our roaster to blend a number of coffees for us using their selection of the finest Arabica and Robusta coffees from the main producing countries of South America, Central America and the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
